These policies apply to all Centre Vorlage/EVO activities, products and services. By purchasing a product or service, checking the "I accept" box at the time of purchase, or using Centre Vorlage/EVO's facilities and activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all of the policies and conditions set out below.
No refunds are issued for products purchased at Centre Vorlage. However, a credit may be applied to the customer's account for future use at the resort.
Exceptional refund to credit card: in exceptional cases where a refund to the credit card is requested and approved by the Centre, the refund will equal 80% of the amount paid. The 20% administration fee covers boutique and banking fees.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities offered by Centre Vorlage Inc. (the "Centre"), you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Release.
The activities offered by the Centre include, but are not limited to:
I understand that gliding and outdoor sports involve inherent risks that may result in injury, disability or death. These risks include, but are not limited to: collisions with other users, objects or natural features; falls or loss of control; mechanical equipment failure; dangerous weather conditions; and terrain variations or unforeseen difficulties. I voluntarily assume all of these risks.
In consideration of access to the Centre's facilities and activities, I release, discharge and waive any claim or recourse against Centre Vorlage Inc. or Centre EVO, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors and representatives (the "Released Parties") for any damage, injury, disability or death arising from the use of the Centre's facilities, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional fault by the Released Parties.
I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim or expense arising from my use of the facilities or my failure to comply with this Release.
I authorize the Centre's staff to obtain any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident or illness. All associated costs are my responsibility.
If any provision of this Release is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
For a pleasant and safe experience, you must at all times respect the applicable codes of conduct and be courteous to other users:
You must obey all rules and any signage posted or communicated by Centre Vorlage/EVO. Stay alert and be responsible for your own safety and that of others, it's your responsibility!
This Release is governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Quebec.
By purchasing a product or service, checking the "I accept" box at the time of purchase, or using Centre Vorlage/EVO's facilities and activities, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund and Cancellation Policy as well as the Release and Waiver of Liability of Centre Vorlage Inc. and Centre EVO, and that you accept them voluntarily and of your own free will. This online acceptance has the same value as a handwritten signature.
At Centre Vorlage, we want everyone to enjoy a fun, welcoming and safe alpine experience. To do so, we sometimes need to collect personal information, and we are committed to protecting it.
This policy has been drafted in accordance with applicable laws on the protection of personal information. It is reviewed regularly and updated as needed. A paper copy is available on request.
Personal information is information that can be used to identify you or contact you as an individual: name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card details, etc.
We collect personal information in order to provide you with the products and services that interest you. For example, to purchase a season pass, we need to know what type of pass to issue and where to send the relevant documents.
We contact you by email in two cases only:
We never sell or rent your personal information, including your email address, to any third party.
Information is stored securely and is accessible only to employees who genuinely need it. All employees with access to this information are informed of this policy and of the importance of protecting privacy.

One RFID card is issued per customer. It is linked to the end user and cannot be shared or transferred. Cards are fully rechargeable, season after season.
Please keep your card and reuse it to reduce waste. A fee applies for any new card or reprint.
